Following Luffy's punch, Caesar's face has an imprint of a fist on it. Caesar tries again to intimidate Luffy with his connections before attacking him, but Luffy dodges the attack and punches Caesar again. Meanwhile, the rest of the Straw Hats and the G-5 Marines are heading towards Building R to escape Shinokuni. Brook and Kin'emon run the opposite way, as Kin'emon believes that he may have killed his son, who is now a dragon. Usopp enters the secret room of Building R looking for Seastone handcuffs and finds a nest of Caesar's subordinates. In the SAD production room, Vergo defeats Smoker, but Law manages to regain his heart due to Smoker's diversion. Law tells Doflamingo, who is listening via Den Den Mushi, that he is going to defeat Vergo, but Doflamingo laughs it off. Law then slices Vergo in two, cutting open the lab and the mountain around it in the process. Law then tells Doflamingo that he has destroyed the gears of the New World and that no one can fix it now.
