Meanwhile, Cobra asks the Five Elders about the fate of his distant ancestor Lili, one of the World Government's founding members. Charlos makes another attempt to capture Shirahoshi, forcing Mjosgard to have Sai and Leo attack him. Imu overhears Cobra's conversation and steps out of the shadows mentioning Lili which shocks Cobra.
